The owner was very rude to me, and actually went out of her way to berrate me for asking her a question! I'm very disappointed and wondering if she's this rude during her election.
I go back there every time i need anything from car to house cause of the vibe and good people who work there
The owner who is running for mayor gave me the worst service that I have endoured in a long time. I asked about interior paint for my bathroom and I was unaware that latex was better than oil. Rather than the owner (Sharon) explaining it to me and helping me pick the right one she critisized me for not knowing the difference and went on about me being unaware of the different kinds of paint. I shouldn't have to know all of this, it's her responsibility and job to inform the customers of different kinds of paints. The other employees seemed nice and eager to help and one employee actually stepped in her place and apoligized for her being so rude to me. I suggest going elsewhere with your business.

Exceptionally poor customer service at winston dc coop farmers true value. I will never visit this store again. As the clock struck closing time not only was I pressured by unprofessional uniformed staffed I was told it would be nice if i hurry up. I let them know I will not be back. I was literally inches away from getting what I was there for. I left the store got my son in the car sat in the drivers seat to realize it was then only 3 minutes past closing time. I went to Lowes where I will continue to shop. Was a few minutes of there time worth being rude? I will gladly drive the extra 10 minutes to Roseburg.
I have always been helped find what ever I've needed. They even had ball valves that Home Depot had never heard of. The help has always been courteous & helpful.
