The rooms are spacious and quite. People at the front desk are helpful, accommodating and friendly. I would definitely recommend and return for another stay.

My folks came into town and stayed there. A far cry better than the other dive hotel in Winston. This place has some cool features and is also quiet

Do not stay here! AC unit sucks. Beds hard as a rock. Toilet clogged. The people who run this place are not friendly. $10 fee to extend checkout time for an hour (?!). Called the cops on us because we were taking too long to pack our stuff because my boyfriend is sick with a lung infection. No sympathy. Told us the place is full for the next night so we couldn't stay another night yet when we left the parking lot was practically empty! Stay else where for your own sake. There's much nicer places around for similar price.

The rates are incredible for this day and age! 52 dollars, yes please! Plus the people who run the hotel are the nicest I have encountered in the biz. The guy is up early working on things everyday. The hotel rooms are clean and located near stores, churches, and restaurants. I'd say the couple who runs this place puts the hospitable back in hospitality! A+...wish there were more places like this back in Portland! :)
