I am a disabled navy vet, I have been raising and breeding pugs for twenty years! I HAVE NEVER BEEN TO A VET AND NOT BEEN GREETED WHEN WALKING IN EVER!!! I did here, twice in 5 min... must be a miserable place to work! I have so much to say! You answered the phone twice and hung up. I was driving as fast as i could through the mountains in an out on signal while my dog continued to bleed from him penis... Since you are a vet and your supposed to care, should you tell me you had one emergency today and your closing soon so you don't have time today cause you close in a few hours! Are you ducking kidding me? Did I have that choice in Iraq? Afghan? South America? No I did not! I did my job and did it well, I went above and beyond everyday... never once did I not take a chance to help the mission... not even on Friday at noon! I wanted to go home everyday (trust me), I had a job to save America! So when I did arrive I walked in with my pug (i have ptsd, depressive moods, anxiety, panic attacks etc..) bleeding from his penis and you never even looked at him! Its an hour drive from my home, then another hour to the next closest vet! YOU BETTER BE GLAD AND BE VERY THANKFUL MY BEST FRIEND IS OK OR YOU WOULD NOT BE! At that I hope bad karma comes your way every chance it gets! I will spend your tax money making sure everyone knows what your about. I hope you all the very worst in life and I will pray bad on you everyday of the rest of mine! Have a lousy day and give your business away to a vet with values!!! My dad called while I was waiting on results at a professional caring vet in Roseburg ( this will be my regular and emergency vet) and come to find out he had the same problems... NEVER EVER GO TO THIS VET ( DON'T EVEN WANT TO CALL THEM A VET CAUSE THEY ARE NOT A GOOD EXAMPLE) THEY CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES ONLY!
I REALLY HOPE YOU HAVE A VERY POOR UNSUCCESSFUL LIFE! POO ON YOU!

I forgot to mention, the new vet, Kimberly, is great.
I have had the best care for my dogs and cat over the years. The staff is always kind and really takes time to listen to my concerns and goal for my furry babies. They have gotten us in for emergencies and regular care and we have been blessed with great care. I would still be using them if I hadn't moved.
Reasonable prices and the people there are polite, courteous, professional, and it's obvious they really care about the animals.
Service was absolutely timely, terrific, and cost effective. Veterinarian was friendly, very knowledgeable, and offered welcome advice. Highly recommend!
